PersonnelToday - According to one of UK’s largest fraud prevention service, Cifas, UK incurs an estimated 1.8B in GBP every year due to identity fraud, and there were more than 237,000 cases of identity fraud reported in 2023.
And it’s not getting any better. A recent blog from Cifas on the outlook for 2025 reported that there are “early indications of increased fraud levels”.
